Comicdom Wrecks Wrestling Alliance #1: this is the 1st episode of a wrestling RPG play-through that a few friends and I recorded. “Comicdom Wrecks” writers J.R., Jacob, and Casey, along with myself, join host Scotty (and other friends) in playing World Wide Wrestling, a tabletop RPG, as various wrestling characters. Podicus Wrecks #119: ‘Green Arrow – Year One’: I read Green Arrow – Year One for the 1st time; J.R. and I give a recap of the story and some of our thoughts on it.
Podicus Wrecks #120: “The Umbrella Academy”: in perhaps the 2nd strangest comic book or series that I’ve ever read, we discuss Volume 1 of The Umbrella Academy. Note: while there is a new Netflix series out that is based on this comic, the show deals more with the happenings of Volume 2.
Wrapping Up The Blue/Gold of X-Men: Jacob recaps and reviews the end of an era in comics: the “Blue/Gold” version of the X-Men. There are some straaaange twists and turns.
