A Walking Goal Reached!

One of my fitness/walking goals was to walk in a 5K. A secondary goal to that was to walk 5K in under 50 minutes.

I haven’t walked in an official 5K but I did just walk a 5K.

In under 50 minutes.

In the heat of the afternoon.

Let’s see if I can do it again in a few days. For now, it’s Cool Down Time!
